We are looking for someone to help build Plano Animal Hospital into a full-service practice that provides quality care to dogs and cats, hiring and developing a dedicated team that includes a large, experienced support staff who will provide exceptional care.
Given the location, we anticipate becoming a fast-paced hospital. We are looking for an individual who can develop rapport with staff and clients and has a passion for veterinary medicine.

About The Hospital
- Well-established sister practice in McKinney, serving the community for many years
- New building and facility coming soon with over 3000 square feet to work out of
- High-quality and up-to-date new equipment includes sevoflurane anesthesia, cardiac, respiratory, pulse oximetry monitors, EKG, BP, digital radiography, digital dental x-ray, ultrasound, and a fully equipped laboratory.
- General and Dental Surgery, including digital and dental X-ray
- Power lift tables and computers in exam rooms
- Laid-back culture with a collaborative work setting, including monthly staff and doctor meetings
- A bachelor’s degree in business, health science, or a related field is strongly preferred but not required.
- At a minimum, five years of direct office management experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience, is required.
- Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) or Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) is preferred but not required.
- May consider an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
