What You'll Do
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and client communications.
- Maintain accurate client and patient information in our practice management system.
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Balance multiple priorities while staying organized and maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide compassionate, professional service during both routine visits and challenging situations.
- Help create a positive and supportive environment for clients and teammates.
- At least 1 year of veterinary customer service experience required.
- An outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine love for working with people.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a busy environment.
- Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and handling payments.
- A dependable team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
