- Coordinate production logistics, including schedules, timelines, and resources. Track details, confirm requirements with stakeholders, and keep tasks on schedule.
- Assist with various production duties on shoot days alongside pre- and post-shoot responsibilities.
- Manage shoot preparation, secure locations, arrange casting, book vendors, and coordinating props, equipment, and supplies. Assist with various production duties on shoot days alongside pre- and post-shoot responsibilities.
- Serve as the on-set logistics contact. Welcome participants, share instructions, manage catering, and keep the production schedule running on time.
- Track and maintain video team resources, including studio space, equipment, and props. Support purchases, rentals, and returns as needed.
- Communicate regularly with the Creative Manager and project stakeholders to share updates, flag risks, and ensure smooth information flow across teams.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
