Your work behind the scenes is key to making sure everything runs smoothly and stays accurate. Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
- Reconcile mortgage-related accounts including escrow cash and liability accounts—accuracy is your superpower.
- Process and record detailed loan-level transactions within our accounting systems. Details matter here, and you’ll help make sure the numbers are always right.
- Issue escrow payments on behalf of borrowers. You're making sure tax bills and insurance premiums are handled without a hitch.
- Respond to email inquiries from internal teams and external partners with clarity and care. You’ll be the go-to for questions related to borrower transactions.
- Assist our appraisal team when borrower appraisal amounts need to be reconciled. Another chance to flex those accounting muscles.
- Process-Driven. You like having a clear checklist and following it to a T. Repetitive tasks don’t bother you—they energize you because you’re great at doing them right every time.
- Reliable and Consistent. People know they can count on you to meet deadlines and keep things moving without a bunch of reminders.
