Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance of equipment, machinery, and building systems.
- Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely to complete various tasks.
- Maintain and clean company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Assist with inventory management of maintenance supplies and materials.
- Travel to various company locations as needed to perform maintenance tasks.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record (no accidents or traffic violations in the past 3 years).
- Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- A valid drivers license is required.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the role.
