This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. The Service Analyst will support business operations and client servicing functions, handling routine transactions and assisting with internal communications and documentation.Must have:Their main responsibility will be to handle our BOLI Confirm requests but if they have capacity, they will also handle large outgoing mailings.Prioritizing someone with strong operations/process-oriented background that knows how to navigate a corporate office job. Ex, reliability for punctualityIf someone know to use salesforce that is preferred but not requiredKey Responsibilities:Receive, assess, and process service requests. Transact routine non-financial activity on client accounts with accuracy and expediency.Email and mail out documents; perform mail merges. Handle business services tasks from the operations team.Assist team members to meet departmental and regulatory standards. Make effective decisions based on comprehensive case analysis.Support occasional office events (e.g., birthdays, holiday celebrations), including setup and vendor coordination.Maintain professional appearance and behavior in a corporate office settingMust-Have Skills & Experience:Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Prior experience in a corporate office environment with adherence to dress code.Salesforce experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Deal Breakers:Poor attendance or negative attitude.Lack of corporate or office-based experience.
