Position Overview
We are seeking professional, customer-focused Client Support Service Professionals to join a financial services call center in South Jordan, Utah. This role involves handling inbound customer calls related to banking accounts, cash management products, online banking, mobile applications, and general financial inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding banking accounts, products, and services.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of an associate degree or evidence of having pursued higher education.
- OR previous financial services call center experience.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle inbound calls while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Professional attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work onsite in South Jordan, UT.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.
- Commitment to a long-term contract opportunity.
