This contract role is responsible for facilitating Agile Scrum processes for project and operational teams to support efficient, collaborative, and high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include leading Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement; removing impediments; promoting continuous improvement through feedback and retrospective sessions; communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders; tracking key performance indicators; and helping teams deliver solutions on schedule, within budget, and at the expected level of quality. The role also works closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams while supporting hybrid project management practices that combine Agile and Waterfall approaches in an on-site environment in Columbia, South Carolina.
