What does a Residential Services Case Manager do?
As a Residential Services Case Manager at Veterans Outreach Center, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting male veterans within our residential housing program. In this position, you will provide comprehensive case management and personalized support to help clients navigate their unique challenges. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Minimum one year of case management experience in a residential facility or other relevant work experience, along with at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer Certified Alcohol Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) OR CASAC-T credential, or willing to obtain.
- A veteran or a person with solid knowledge of veterans' issues and special needs strongly preferred.
