Overview
We are seeking a Bartender to join our team. No experience needed. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for making drinks, running gambling, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our veterans and guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and food safety practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Engaging with customers to sell tickets and explaining the game rules while ensuring adherence to local gambling regulations and game rules.
- Managing cash for ticket sales and ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Open and/or close the bar which includes: all dishes being washed, count out gaming and cash drawer, locking/unlocking building.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Will need bartenders license before starting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $9.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
