Requirements:

Position Overview:
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management and oversight of the Bringing Veterans Home Southern New Jersey project. This includes supervising staff, ensuring program compliance, managing budgets, and coordinating service delivery to veterans experiencing homelessness. The Program Manager plays a crucial role in leading the program's efforts to provide safe and affordable housing solutions for veterans in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor program staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure program compliance with all relevant regulations and funding requirements.
- Manage program budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Oversee the delivery of housing and support services to veterans, including outreach, case management, and benefits assistance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including VA Medical Centers, County VA Directors, and local non-profits.
- Monitor program outcomes and ensure data quality.
- Represent the program at community meetings and events.
- Assist with the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about best practices and current trends in veteran homelessness services.
