Senior Clinician - LMHC, LCSW, LADC I, LICSW

Veterans Inc., New England's largest provider of services to veterans and their families, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Clinician to join our clinical team in Worcester. This position provides direct clinical services within our Behavioral Health Programs (Outpatient (OP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and may also support clinical services for veterans residing in our emergency and transitional shelter programs.The Senior Clinician plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for veterans experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. We are specifically seeking licensed professionals such as LMHC, LCSW, LADC I, LICSW who are committed to trauma-informed and recovery-oriented treatment.WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:Provide individual, group, and family therapy in OP and IOP settings.Deliver clinical services to clients enrolled in Behavioral Health Programs and veterans residing in shelter and residential programs.Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Facilitate therapeutic groups within the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).Maintain an active caseload within the Outpatient (OP) program.Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support within behavioral health and shelter environments.Offer clinical consultation and mentorship to staff working within behavioral health and shelter programs.Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with case managers, housing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care.Participate in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.This role is ideal for an experienced clinician holding LMHC, LCSW, LADC I, LICSW licensure who is comfortable working across both structured outpatient programs and shelter-based settings.WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.Active Massachusetts licensure required: LMHC, LCSW, LADC I, LICSW.We are open to applicants who have completed their Master's degree and are actively preparing for or awaiting their licensure exam for LMHC, LCSW, LADC I, LICSW, provided they are eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.Experience delivering services in OP and/or IOP settings strongly preferred.Experience working with homeless populations, veterans, or residential/shelter environments preferred.Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and documentation skills.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOUComprehensive Benefits Package for Full Time employees includes:BCBS Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceEmployer Paid Short and Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance.$2,500 Medical Opt-Out program if you have medical coverage through another source.Retirement Plan (403B) with a $2,000 MatchFlexible Spending AccountsUp to $2,000 a year in Tuition Reimbursement ProgramPaid Parental LeaveFor more information, or to apply now; visit our website.
