Veterans Evaluation Services is seeking qualified Ophthalmologist or Optometrist to join our provider network as an independent contractor to perform general medical disability examinations for Veterans in the following locations: Dayton, OH.
*Applicants must own office within 100 miles of job locations
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients on eye health and preventive care.
- Stay updated on advancements in ophthalmology and optometry practices.
Qualifications
Ophthalmologist / Optometrist
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine / Doctorate Degree in Optometry
- An active and unrestricted license in the state in which exams are performed.
- Must have a practice location with visual field testing capabilities
