Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnoses, developing tailored treatment plans
- Provide preventive care, health maintenance, and management of chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results to inform treatment decisions
- Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with best practices
- Educate patients and their families on health and wellness, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention
- Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Collaborate effectively with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to ongoing professional development
- Promote patient-centered care by building trusting relationships with patients and their families
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Completed residency training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Primary Care Medicine
- Valid and active medical license to practice in the state
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in primary care
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Understanding of current clinical guidelines and best practices in primary care
- BLS, ACLS (through American Heart), DEA certifications required

Travel to client locations is required for this position and may vary based on project needs.
