Job Description: Veterans Easy Trash Service (VETS), a veteran-owned and growing franchise, is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual that enjoys a fast-paced work environment to join our junk removal crew as a Full Time Team Member. At VETS, we pride ourselves on a positive, supportive work environment built on teamwork, respect, and growth.
As part of our team, you’ll enjoy daytime hours with a primarily Monday through Friday schedule and weekends as needed—no night shifts required. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply, as we value military experience and the unique skills it brings to our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities: THIS POSITION REQUIRES DRIVING
- Driver: Safely operate company vehicles (Pickup Truck with Trailer), support loading/unloading, and maintain safety protocols on the road and on job sites.
- Loader: Work in a crew to complete various jobs. Includes picking up and stacking of items, sweeping the work area, and ensuring all work is completed to company standards.

Qualifications:
- MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OF AGE
- Valid Florida state driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (upwards of 50 pounds) for extended periods of time without assistance
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and team-oriented
- Physicaly conditioned with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, cold and rain.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in junk removal, moving, or similar fields
- Truck and trailer driving experience and a clean driving record
- Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply
