Job Summary
Veterans Alliance is hiring Lab Technicians to support NADCAP-certified industrial testing operations in Bridgeport, West Virginia. This is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for experienced laboratory professionals with a strong background in industrial, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.

ISO 17025 laboratory experience required
Hands-on role supporting materials testing and analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests in accordance with NADCAP and ISO 17025 standards
- Prepare, analyze, and document samples for materials testing and quality assurance
- Operate and maintain testing and measurement equipment
- Ensure accuracy and traceability of all test results and records
- Support audits and continuous improvement processes related to lab quality systems
- Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and procedural standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial laboratory – REQUIRED
- ISO 17025 certification experience – REQUIRED
- Familiarity with NADCAP processes preferred
- Ability to perform data entry, recordkeeping, and calibration documentation
- Strong understanding of materials testing or aerospace quality systems
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background/drug screening
Schedule & Compensation
- Pay Rate: $30/hr – $32/hr
- Per Diem: Up to $800 weekly (if eligible)
- Assignment Type: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire
- Location: Bridgeport, West Virginia
