Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
As a CSR, you’ll be the voice of Veterans AC Phoenix. In addition to handling inbound calls, you’ll make outbound calls to help fill our service board, re-engage existing customers, and maximize daily opportunities — with SPIFFs and bonuses rewarding your performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to fill open slots on the service board.
- Schedule service and sales appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Educate homeowners on services, maintenance plans, and current promotions.
- Support technicians by confirming appointments and updating customer records.
- Represent Veterans AC Phoenix with integrity, energy, and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements:

- Customer service, call center, or inside sales experience is a plus.
