Bathroom Designer / Sales Consultant
Envy Home Services is looking for a motivated, creative Bathroom Designer and Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll meet with pre-set homeowners who are already interested in remodeling their bathrooms. You’ll learn how to understand each client’s needs, design a space that fits their style and budget, and guide them confidently through the sales process.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified clients at scheduled in-home appointments
- Help homeowners design functional, beautiful bathrooms
- Recommend products, materials, layouts, and finishes
- Prepare and present project proposals
- Follow up with clients and close remodeling projects
- Work closely with our production team to ensure each project is accurately designed and sold
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- An eye for design and attention to detail
- Confidence discussing budgets and asking for the sale
- Self-motivation and a desire to grow
- Previous design, remodeling, or sales experience is helpful but not required
This is an uncapped, 100% commission sales position with company-provided appointments and excellent growth opportunities for the right person. Training will be provided.
