As a PRN Registered Nurse, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to client employees at our Health Center in Cedar Rapids, IA. You'll be part of a collaborative clinical team focused on delivering exceptional care and a positive patient experience. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., offering a consistent daytime schedule.

What You'll Do

Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice
Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed
Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
Performs other duties as assigned
