Ohana Imaging Solutions Inc. is an independent outpatient cardiovascular ultrasound facility in downtown Honolulu. We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Cardiac Sonographer to join our growing team.
Our practice emphasizes high-quality diagnostic imaging, collaboration with interpreting cardiologists, timely patient access, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive adult transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE).
Obtain high-quality 2D, M-mode, spectral Doppler, and color Doppler imaging.
Perform cardiac measurements and advanced imaging, including myocardial strain when indicated and within training.
Recognize abnormal cardiac findings and follow established escalation protocols.
Maintain complete and accurate examination documentation.
Collaborate with interpreting physicians and clinical staff.
Maintain patient confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
Participate in quality improvement activities and protocol development.
Qualifications
RDCS (AE) or RCS credential preferred.
Strong knowledge of adult cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
Experience performing independent adult echocardiography examinations.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Ability to work independently in a smaller outpatient practice.
Commitment to high-quality imaging and continuous professional development.
