Serve as a Business Process Analyst (BPA) within Production, Planning & Control (PP&C), supporting Chelmsford, MA production operations through analysis, execution, and sustainment of manufacturing and logistics business processes. This role supports day-to-day operational needs while contributing to system stability, data integrity, and digital transformation initiatives aligned with 1LMX.
Business Process Analysts are expected to develop functional expertise over time. Specific areas of focus will be assigned based on individual skillsets, experience, and site priorities, while maintaining the ability to support broader production and system needs as required.
This role operates within the PP&C organization in Chelmsford, MA and supports site execution under the direction of the PP&C Site Lead.
Primary Areas of Support May Include:
DD250 processing and support
Clocking positions and other As-Built/ADC related entries
Master Scheduling
Make MRP execution
Development program setup and production support
Windchill interfaces with Apriso and SAP S/4
Apriso order change maintenance and interfaces with SAP S/4
Support of future 1LMX implementations
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day production and system-related issues impacting manufacturing execution
Analyze data, system behavior, and process performance to identify issues and recommend corrective actions
Execute defined business processes within SAP S/4, Apriso, and supporting systems
Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Maintain accurate system data to support production, compliance, and reporting needs
Collaborate with BPA peers to share knowledge and prevent single point failures
Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement efforts
Assess end-user capabilities and provide training to enable successful execution
Support testing, validation, and deployment activities for system changes or future 1LMX releases
