Asset Coordinator/ Inventory Management
Job Location: Johnson Space Center, TX
Position Type: Full-Time/Regular
Essential Functions:
- Track usage, inventory, and maintain assets for the Human Health and Performance Directorate
- Ability to learn quickly
- Service Now experience is a plus
- Provide support and ability to work with various procurement offices and personnel to procure new hardware and software assets through various purchasing methods
- Obtaining approvals for specifications of HW and SW new to the environment, requests quotes from vendors and using NASA tools for service/support/maintenance level agreements and software licensing
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in inventory-control.
- Must be able to multi-task assignments to produce the most efficient results.
- A professional demeanor must be maintained in both verbal and written communications between co-workers and internal and external customers. Experience in an IT Environment is preferred but not necessary.
