What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Schedule and route technicians efficiently to maximize productivity
• Support business growth by driving revenue and meeting market goals
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist customers and internal teams to create a positive impact

What You Bring

• 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage high call volumes
• Dispatch experience preferred but not required
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• A self-starter mindset with a goal-oriented approach

Available Schedules

(Must be able to work at least the following)

• Saturday & Sunday: 7 AM – 10 PM (Remote)
