What You Will Do
Perform high‑quality residential HVAC installations
Lead and mentor assistants or apprentices
Maintain vehicles, tools, and job site organization
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Review work orders, follow schedules, and solve issues proactively
Ensure proper materials are prepared for each job
Document work accurately and follow company procedures
Stay current on HVAC codes and standards
What You Need
Must be 21 or older
Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC install experience
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Ability to pass drug, background, and MVR checks
Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
Ability to work independently or with a crew
Strong organization and decision‑making skills
Safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools
