Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential standby generator systems• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance• Install new generator systems and related electrical components• Provide exceptional customer service during service calls and installations• Accurately document work performed and maintain service records
Qualifications
• Prior experience servicing or installing generators (Generac experience a plus)• Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
