The Role
We're looking for a motivated Landscape Crew Leader / Foreman to lead our maintenance crew and deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll manage daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure every project meets our high standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead weekly maintenance routes and manage crew operations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee spring/fall cleanups, edging, weeding, and mowing operations
- Operate and maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Document daily activities and track project progress
- Create a safe work environment for the team
- Train and mentor crew members
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of landscape or crew leadership experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Ability to operate trucks and trailers safely
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit (ability to lift 80 lbs)
- Available Monday-Friday with Saturday flexibility during peak season
