We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, and compassionate leader to support approximately 20 veterinary practices, primarily located in the McKinney, Frisco, and Plano areas. To best support our hospitals and teams, we strongly prefer candidates who reside within this region.

About The Role

You Will Be Responsible For
- Operational Excellence – Supporting local leaders in daily operations, leadership, and administrative duties
- Team Development – Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of veterinarians, support staff, and hospital managers
- Client Satisfaction – Enhancing client service, loyalty, and satisfaction across practices
- Practice Growth – Supporting financial stability and growth for each hospital
- Community Engagement – Promoting local marketing efforts and online reputation management
- Employee Engagement – Building positive work environments that support morale and engagement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partnering with HR, legal, finance, acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, and other support teams
- Project Leadership – Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives
- Multi-site management experience required within veterinary medicine
- A highly motivated, agile, and organized leader who can inspire and influence diverse teams
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and partnerships across multiple hospitals
- Passionate about supporting Vetcor’s mission and contributing to growth and operational excellence
- Location: This role will support practices primarily in Dallas-Forth Worth, with travel required across the assigned region.
