Experienced receptionists: your next career chapter starts here

If you live for those moments when a kind word, a quick solution, or a genuine "we've got this" makes someone's day – and their pet's life – better, we want you on our front-line team.

This role is varied, challenging, and deeply rewarding. No two hours are the same. One call you're calming a frantic owner whose dog just ate a sock; the next you're answering questions about vaccines and helping a client with a prescription refill.

In this position, you will:

  • Be the first person (in person and on the phone) every client meets.
  • Triage emergencies, schedule complex appointments, and manage medical records.
  • Solve problems on the fly – health questions, payment options, grief support – always with empathy and accuracy.
  • Partner with doctors and techs to turn chaos into care.

We ask for:

  • 2 years veterinary (or medical) front-desk experience.
  • Rock-solid multitasking, computer fluency, and a knack for clear, kind communication.
  • Availability for flexible daytime hours (no nights, no weekends, no holidays).

What you gain:

Financial Benefits

  • A flexible approach to compensation that will reflect your skillset and future performance
  • 401(k) matching & Roth Retirement Savings Plan
  • Flexible Spending Account (full-time only)
  • 529 Savings Plan

  • Referral bonus program

  • Health Insurance, including medical, dental, and vision (full-time only)
  • Supplemental insurance, including accident, critical illness, hospital, short and long-term disability, legal plan, and employee, spouse, and child-dependent life insurance (full-time only)
  • All US-based, benefits-eligible employees with a minimum of one year of service may receive up to three weeks of full pay for the birth or adoption of a child (full-time only)
  • Sick Time / Paid Time Off
  • Free/discounted lab work for all employee pets
  • Pet discounts on services and products
  • Pet food discount program

Workplace Benefits

  • Quarterly Team Rewards Bonus Program
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Continuing education allowance
