  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Rotating Saturdays

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional client service in person and over the phone
  • Schedule appointments and support daily front desk operations
  • Maintain accurate medical records and assist with office duties
  • Communicate effectively with clients and veterinary team members
  • Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and vaccines
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and multitask in a busy environment
  • Help maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
  • Support the veterinary team in delivering high-quality patient care
