What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Maintain and update patient records and client information
  • Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the veterinary team
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting room area
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed
  • Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every client and patient
  • Support daily hospital operations and workflow

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience required
  • Veterinary experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
