- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails professionally and compassionately
- Schedule appointments, procedures, and diagnostic services accurately
- Welcome clients and patients while managing check-in and check-out efficiently
- Facilitate communication between clients and the medical team
- Maintain accurate client, patient, and medical records within the practice management system
- Process payments, collect deposits, and follow up on outstanding balances
- Help resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area
- Assist with additional administrative duties as needed
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Veterinary reception experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly, patient, and compassionate attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- A positive, team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology is preferred
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
