Who We Are

Kaibab Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Receptionist/Veterinary Technician/Patient Care Associate.

Position Details

Role: Receptionist/Veterinary Technician/Patient Care Associate

Status: 30 hours per week

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience.

Schedule: Typically a 4-day work week, occasionally 5, Saturday Availability required, closed Sunday

Our team members are cross-trained in multiple roles, giving you the opportunity to build a diverse skill set and make an impact throughout the hospital. Veterinary experience is preferred, but we’re absolutely willing to train the right person who brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

  • Work across reception, veterinary technician, and patient care responsibilities based on the needs of the hospital
  • Create a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and their pets
  • Assist veterinarians and fellow team members with patient care and clinical procedures
  • Support efficient communication and workflow throughout the hospital
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for patients, clients, and teammates
  • Continue developing your skills through hands-on learning, mentorship, and cross-training
