Responsibilities
- Manage daily hospital operations and team workflow
- Lead, mentor, and support client service representatives and veterinary support staff
- Partner with veterinarians to support high-quality patient care and client communication
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, inventory, and operational processes
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee engagement
- Monitor hospital performance and support operational and financial goals
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented culture
- Ensure excellent client service and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and patients
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards
- Veterinary hospital management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for client service and team development
- Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with veterinary operations, scheduling, and staff coaching preferred
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset
- Feline experience or interest is a plus
