Position Details
- Role: Experienced or Licensed Veterinary Technician
- Status: Part-time
- Salary: Starting at $20 - $26 per hour, and is based on experience and licensure
- Schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 am - 6:30 pm

- Current California RVT license or at least 2 years of experience working in a veterinary practice
- Proven technical expertise in surgery, dentistry, and patient care.

As a Registered Veterinary Technician, you’ll be a critical part of our medical team, ensuring every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care. You’ll:
- Provide skilled support during exams, surgeries, dental procedures, and emergency care.
- Administer and monitor anesthesia and sedation under DVM direction.
- Perform dental cleanings, radiographs, and assist with extractions.
- Collect and process diagnostic samples (blood, urine, fecal, cytology, etc.).
- Manage inpatient care, including IV catheter placement, fluid therapy, and medication administration.
- Educate clients about treatments, medications, and home care.
- Maintain surgical suites, medical equipment, and hospital inventory.
- Mentor veterinary assistants and newer technicians, sharing your skills and experience.
- Support the front desk as needed to ensure a seamless client experience.
