At Animal ONE, we have created a work environment that:
- Uses technology and continuous improvement practices to streamline veterinarian administrative work, keep pet parents informed of progress, allow for assignment of tasks and continuity of care for chronic cases, and allow veterinarians to spend more time with patients and less time working on days off at home.
- Has a high VA/RVT to veterinarian ratio and fully utilizes RVT skills and abilities, and the ability to work in designated teams to provide optimum support to veterinarians.
- Utilizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with AHAA and other industry best practices to ensure patients/clients receive consistently high-quality medical services and a consistent experience at all of our hospitals.
- Creates a learning environment where continuing education and experience can be used to implement improvements.

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- At least five years of experience as a veterinarian.
- License to practice veterinary medicine in the State of California.
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license for the State of California (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to perform surgeries, anticipate & respond to visual & auditory patient needs & lift/carry 40 lbs.
- Solution-oriented mindset and collaborative nature.
