We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patrol Driver/Field Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the safety and security of our clients' properties. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to monitor security measures and identify potential risks.
- Manage and train security personnel, providing guidance on best practices in surveillance and conflict resolution.
- Respond promptly to incidents, conducting investigations as necessary and documenting findings.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, maintaining professional relationships for effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and personnel performance evaluations.
Skills
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership qualities with strong interpersonal skills for team management.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions.
