Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to safeguard equipment, building facilities, and personnel.
- Conduct surveillance patrols to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Manage access control by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR.
- Enforce security policies through conflict management and effective communication with staff and visitors.
- Perform routine inspections of premises to identify vulnerabilities or maintenance needs.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Certification in first aid, CPR, or conflict management is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks effectively.
