Good with people? Organized? Enjoy helping customers feel heard and taken care of? We’re looking for a Client Retention Assistant to support our agents and keep our clients connected to our office.
You’ll be a friendly point of contact for existing clients—checking in, answering routine questions, scheduling appointments, and making sure requests reach the right person. Your follow-through will help clients get the support they need and give our agents more time to focus on their needs.
What you’ll do:
- Follow up with existing clients by phone, text, and email.
- Help with appointment scheduling, reminders, and routine paperwork.
- Listen to client concerns and coordinate next steps with an agent.
- Reach out to clients who need additional support or are considering leaving.
- Keep accurate notes and track outstanding requests.
- Support the team with day-to-day office tasks.
