We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients, patients, and staff members
- Excellent customer service skills
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Financial transactions
- Greeting clients with a warm smile, and a calm, helpful attitude
- Checking pets in and out for appointments
- Answering phones with thoughtful responses addressing clients concerns and questions
- Educate clients on hospital policies and available services
- Assisting with patient records to and from referring hospitals
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized
Qualifications
- Friendly Face with a positive attitude
- Communicate clearly and kindly with clients and co-workers
- Efficient and Organized individual, Exceptional at Multi-tasking
- Passionate about animal care
