Vestra Paver Sealing is a specialist paver sealing company serving the Tampa Bay area from Odessa. Paver sealing is all we do, and we are hiring our first lead technician. This is a ground-floor role in a systemized, fast-growing company, with pay built so that the better you are, the more you make.

The Pay, Real Numbers

$45,000 per year guaranteed base salary, plus a monthly production bonus, uncapped. Your bonus is a percentage of the monthly revenue you complete and collect, and the structure is put in writing on day one. In practice: months where your completed jobs collect $25,000 or more, total comp runs at a $55,000 annual pace. Bigger months, bigger checks, with no ceiling. Top performers in this structure earn $60,000 to $70,000 per year. The $45,000 base is guaranteed regardless, never reduced, never clawed back. Slow month, you still get your full base. Strong month, your check shows it.

What You Will Do

• Run paver sealing jobs start to finish: pressure cleaning, joint re-sanding, and two-coat sealer application on driveways, patios, and pool decks
• Operate a professional 10 GPM rig with surface cleaners and commercial equipment
• Walk the final inspection with the customer and deliver a finished job worth photographing
• Document each job with our photo process (moisture checks, joints, coats, final)
• Represent the company in customers' driveways with professionalism

• Referral bonuses: $50 per booked job you refer, $100 more when it collects, uncapped
• Review bonus: $25 per verified customer review naming your work
• Rain days are shop days, never counted against you

What We Need From You

• 1 year experience in pressure washing, paver sealing, exterior cleaning, or coatings preferred. Strong general field experience considered
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable towing a trailer rig with a company truck
• Able to work outdoors in Florida heat, lift 50 lbs, and put in 40 to 50 hour weeks in season
• Consistent, on-time attendance. Our schedule runs on it
• Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays during busy season or to make up weather days. We protect your Sundays
• Care about the details. Our warranty rides on your workmanship. Quality is inspected on every job, and bonus pay is tied to work that passes
