Learn more at www.averydennison.com.At Avery Dennison, some of the great benefits we provide are:Health & wellness benefits starting on day 1 of employmentPaid parental leave401K eligibilityTuition reimbursementEmployee Assistance Program eligibility / Health Advocate Paid vacation and paid holidays Job DescriptionPerform the functions of data manipulation, job initiation, and laser printing for production while maintaining quality standards and meeting delivery deadlines.2nd shift, 2PM-12:30AM Thursday-Sunday.Key Responsibilities:Operate multiple printers simultaneously, managing workflow efficiently to meet production schedules.Ensure printing quality standards by sampling, viewing, and checking processed print jobs.Communicate effectively with team members, project coordinators, and management regarding customer requirements, deliveries, and production schedules.Use ERP system to log time and materials, following department guidelines for Total Cost Management activities.Maintain accurate records of printed jobs, tests, and checks via log book and/or computer documents.Monitor inventory levels and organize pre-printed items in the warehouse and shelving units.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, using required PPE and following all safety rules and procedures.Assist in equipment maintenance by reporting issues to appropriate service technicians.Adapt to overtime or shift changes as needed to meet production demands.Regular attendance and compliance with all Company policies, including maintaining a drug-free workplace, are essential functions of this position.QualificationsPhysical DemandsStands 2/3 to full time on the shift daily.Uses hands and fingers to handle, and feel 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.Reaches with hands and arms 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.Lifts 50 pounds 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.Requires close vision (clear vision at 20-inches or less).Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors). ►   Additional RequirementsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom’s core values.►   Management DisclaimerVestcom’s Management reserves the right to revise, change or modify the duties and responsibilities of this position at any time to meet business and organizational needs.
