About the Role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a wind energy service site, ensuring excellence in safety, performance, customer satisfaction, and financial results. You'll lead a team of skilled technicians, support operational excellence, and play a critical role in maximizing wind turbine performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the site
- Develop, mentor, and empower site personnel
- Oversee service site operations and maintenance activities
- Manage budgets and service contract performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate maintenance planning and troubleshooting efforts to maximize turbine availability
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of leadership or management experience in a service, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or related environment
- Experience coaching and developing teams
- Strong operational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities
- Technical aptitude; experience with hydraulic systems, rotating equipment, power generation, or heavy equipment is a plus
- Valid driver's license and passport
- Ability to travel as needed and work at an operating wind site
