Onsite Manager

As a Site Manager, you will oversee operations at our wind farm, ensuring optimal performance. You will lead a team to keep the wind farm running smoothly, ensuring the delivery of clean energy to thousands of homes.

• Lead and develop a team while fostering a strong safety culture and maintaining client relationships to meet contractual goals.
• Manage budgets, operational metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize site efficiency.
• Requires 5 years of wind farm or operations management experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong technical and leadership skills, and proficiency in Excel.
