What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Specialist position at Vestas?
As a Contract Specialist for Vestas you'll use your skills and experience to :
- Oversee the negotiation process of Vestas service contracts from internal kick-off meetings to the handover to Operations. This includes direct negotiation with customers.
- Develop positions on all terms and conditions during negotiations, ensuring stakeholder input and concerns are appropriately represented.
- Support Vestas service operations colleagues by interpreting contractual provisions in context of the situation in the field and at site
- Identify possible contractual approaches and negotiating tactics to avoid or resolve customer disputes.
- Assist implementing the chosen strategy through drafting and obtaining internal approvals of letters, notices, position papers and amendments.
