Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time (as available)

• Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies.

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate nursing staff.

• Complete medication documentation accurately and timely.

• Maintain organized medication carts and ensure medications are properly stored.

• Assist residents with overnight needs and provide compassionate support.

• Complete assigned overnight duties and maintain a clean, safe environment.

• Communicate important resident information to the incoming shift.

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

CNA, HHA, PCA or other medical background preferred

• Previous medication administration experience preferred.

• Experience in assisted living or a similar healthcare setting is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently overnight.

• Compassionate attitude and a commitment to resident safety.

• Must meet applicable New York State requirements for medication administration in an adult care facility.
