Foundry Operator Job description
- 8 hour work days - 40 hour work week
- Work week begins Sunday night at 9:00 p.m.
- 3rd shift - 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
- Some weekends required.
- No experience required - we provide on-the-job training
- Starting pay $671.20 a week ($16.78 per hour on 3rd shift)
- At 9 months - pay increases to $19.09 per hour

Vestal Manufacturing Company located in Sweetwater, TN is looking to hire a 3rd shift Furnace Operator.
Must be able to:
- comprehend simple math
- climb ladders
- stand for periods of time, not to exceed 2 hours with a 10-minute break
- withstand cold and hot temperatures within a plant environment
Furnace operators are responsible for charging the furnaces. Must be able to work with little to no supervision. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with overtime pay and annual increases. Vestal Manufacturing operates under a contract with United Steelworkers of America, Local 6638.
