Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated front counter staff members and experienced Cook / Pizza Maker (Opener & Closer) to join our dynamic team. These roles involve preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items. Working in a fast paced front counter area while maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring excellent food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service setting.
Duties
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Open and close, ensuring all stations are properly set up and cleaned at the start and end of shifts
- Handle food preparation tasks including slicing, and assembling ingredients with precision and safety
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and prep tools
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and safety standards
- Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is preferred,
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work early mornings for opening shifts or late evenings for closing shifts. Nights and weekend are mandatory.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
