- Finance-related skills, such as understanding P&L drivers, pricing, trade spend, and forecasting.
- Sales-oriented skills, including knowledge of retail or CPG sales processes and channel dynamics, ideally within club or mass retail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Experience working with syndicated or retailer data sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, retailer portals) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
