Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Step into the role of Sam's Key Account Manager at Vestacy, where your mastery of relationship-building and strategic partnering with major national trade players will be fundamental in delivering health, hygiene, and nutrition products to consumers. In this dynamic position, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and realising joint business plans, balancing customer success with our own growth. Your dedication to enriching the customer journey and driving sales will see you thriving in a culture committed to commercial excellence and innovation.
Your responsibilities
· Lead Sam’s sales strategy and own solutions to drive sales and share performance
· Utilize and be the expert in Sam’s Madrid Member Champion Data Platform, convert insights into actions
· Collaborate with Sam’s merchants to deliver Sam’s & Vestacy KPIs
· Own item set-up, for new items, seasonal rotations
· Lead financial analysis of rotations, item performance and competitive understanding to deliver 12-18 months Member solutions
· Partner with CPFR analyst for promo forecasting, rotation projections and ensuring Day 1 readiness is achieved
· Work internally with Trade/Brand marketing partners to ensure Sam’s strategy is growing share & delivering on JBP Commitments
· Manage Vestacy Trade budget to deliver sales plan, ensure forecast accuracy of volume and trade spend at 95%-97% accurate
The experience we're looking for
Must Have
· Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of commercial experience
· Minimum 2 years of Sam’s experience

US pay transparency
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $131,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
