- Maintain accurate account notes and documentation of all customer and insurance company communications.
- Answer inbound telephone calls and professionally assist customers with insurance-related questions.
- Process incoming mail and apply insurance documents to the appropriate customer accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding insurance verification requests in a timely manner.
- Meet and maintain monthly insurance verification goals established by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing Holmes Motors in a professional manner.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous insurance verification, insurance agency, customer service, collections, or automotive finance experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn multiple software applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Full-Time Position
- Monday through Friday (with a Saturday rotation)
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs.
